This book and the series like it offer quick targeted sequential lesson to use as a whole group intro lesson, a small group lesson or even as RTI's. These books are great for diversifying activities and laying out a type of framework that you can tweak to make your own. They give daily guidance for 5 days a week enough to extend for the year. But beware this book is not the not the only resource for your planning, but it's a great start.
