Mounted to a 17Hmr to explore and familiarize myself with the use of a FFP scope and test accuracy of 17hmr at distance. Not the greatest glass but adequate for rimfire and it all seems to be working.I am actually impressed with the build quality at this price. Further testing is required and we'll see how it is. Wouldn't buy for a heavy recoiling rifle or actual big game hunting but only testing will reveal for sure. Would have discounted it right away but with half of these companies simply buying their scopes in China and rebranding its quite possible that this comes from same factory making all of the lower end 30mm Chinese scopes. Will update if problems. Made sure to buy from a American distributor who ships from within USA to have someone to deal with if a problem.Excelente producto y asequible para todosHolds well with a large caliber rifle is slightly blurry around the edges for the most part very Clear And accurate good deal for the moneyBargain price but wished lens would be more clearer.Really nice. Mounting on a .270 for the 300m range. Will update after trying out.Mounted scope with supplied (hi) rings. Took first zero shot and it missed 6" low. Adjusted elevation turret and still hitting low. Adjusted more and the turret maxes out. Intook another shot and was still 2" low. I replaced the become with same make/model and purchased medium rings. The new scope had the same issue but this time adjusting turret gave no poi movement!very good scope I mounted it on a savage B17 and it works great very clear at any rangePut it on my hw97 under lever perfect fit looks great! I really love it.I have other brand name scopes, so usually I do not expect much when they are less expensive.I found a youtube video that was testing this brand, and they gave it a pretty good rating, even though they were surprised. Usually they are very critical while testing and usually condemn products rather quickly. This interested me in the brand and I wanted to try it just to see. When I ordered this scope, the seller reached out to me and wanted some input as it was stated that previous scopes from this manufacturer suffered quality issues. It was indicated production had changed, and the scope was re-done to address previous complaints. When I received the scope it was packed in a nice retail package. But scope rings were included. I was tempted to use known rings, but thought I would test the package exactly as it was sent. While testing, I have put quite a few rounds down the gun. Loading hot. High impact. I have had cheap scopes in the past, and usually they fail on tracking right away, but this one did not. After all the rounds, the tracking was very consistent, and zero'd perfectly.Optics seem exceptional considering the price of the unit. Max zoom there was a slight blur on the edges maybe 5 percent, but it was very clear otherwise. How nice to see the holes long range.... The FFP aspect of the scope is impressive. The etched glass recticle is very exact, and clear.I am continuing testing. So far the performance has been good. Super good if you consider the pricing. I want to put this unit through all the paces over the next few weeks. Should be interesting. The seller seems very concerned of the products performance, and what people would think of the scope. I think they want a good product. I think at its price point, its a nice purchase. I hope they continue to strive for a quality product like they are now. I may have to order more units ...The focus dial broke away so contacted Westhunter customer service to which they replied it had been damaged (NOT) anyway after a couple more messages they told me to post it for repair to a address that looks like USA, at my cost! I questioned why they had no repair centre in this country? Reply was costs. Still doing battle with them but no answer for a few days?No more Westhunter scopes for me?Great value for money. Very accurateclear optics
