Good qualityLoved the poem, perfect gift for a first time grandmother.I was searching everywhere for a gift to get each grandparent. I stumbled upon this and cried. Needless to say it too made each grandparent cry with joy. Lovely words. I just wished the photo was separate. Had to use double sided tape to stick a photo of my son over the stock photo but that was a minuscule issue.Great picture frame for first time grandparentsThe person that received this as a gift, sent a text that she really liked the picture frame for her use as a first time grandparent!This was a gift for my in-laws and overall it was good. What I didn't like was the written part is connected (all on one sheet) to the picture that it comes with. I cut the picture off and taped the written part to the frame and you can't tell by looking at it but still sort of frustrating. But other than that the frame seemed like it was made from a good quality material.Such a lovely looking and beautiful poem in this present for my parents but so disappointed. When it arrived it was damaged ( the glass smashed, frame all snapped/ apart and chipped) and looked like along the lines of a jigsaw puzzle as it was so dismantled and smashed up. As I thought it was just unfortunate I returned the item and asked my mum to order it on her account to see if the same happened and when it did arrive the same again happened, except this time the frame was apart and had scratches down the paint on the framework, like somebody had a screw/nail and scrapped it down the paintwork. By this time I decided to not even order again but when my mother was enquiring about reordering it 4 herself she would have to pay over an extra of nearly £20 as the price has risen and She would have to pay more ( nearly £8) on just postage and packaging. Over all very disappointed and could have been such a lovely and touching gift for grandparents :(Disappointed in the fact that the poem was on flimsy paper not card stock and it was on the same sheet as the phony picture, making adding a picture more difficult.So nice
