Organic Mustard: Tendergreen Planting Instructions

Tendergreen Mustard produces its best flavor when grown during cool weather.

• Prepare the soil for planting by during it under to a depth of 8".
• Sow the seeds in average, well-worked soil and in full sun.
• Plant seeds 1/4 inch deep and 4" apart. Firm the soil lightly and water gently.
• Thin to 8 to 12" apart.

Organic Mustard: Tendergreen Harvesting Instructions

Harvest Mustard foliage when it grows to 6 to 8" long. That should be about 45 days after sowing.

Pick the lower leaves or harvest the entire plant before the leaves become tough.
